- Conduct ongoing meetings with physicians, discharge planners and other applicable health professionals
- Implement enriching programs and protocols as provided by the company in order to provide higher quality client services
- Coordinate with physician offices and branches in obtaining physicians signature on orders and Medicare required addendums
- Participate in community education functions, such as public speaking to civic/church groups, to provide education on home health and/or hospice services
- Participate in in-service education and personnel training as it relates to branch services and programs, quality assurance, and community resources.
The administrative specialist/human resources designee coordinates day-to-day telephone and personnel communication systems. This position designee maintains the branch office, processes accounts payable and assists with medical supply management. The administrative specialist/human resources assists the branch director with ensuring that branch employees are supported related to important human resources needs and information, in addition to keeping electronic personnel files up to date.
As Branch Director, you supervise the clinical operations of your team of field staff and report directly to the Agency Administrator. You will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing. You will need to understand the issues related to the delivery of home health care services and be able to problem solve. Previous home health and management experience will serve you well in this rewarding role, and an excellent knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines is most helpful as you will be reviewing plans of care on a daily basis.

At Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, the home setting may include single or multi-family homes, assisted living, independent living, or memory care.
The SLP evaluates and treats patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and those requiring alternative or augmentative communication. At Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, an SLP may often work with patients who have experienced a stroke, and those with progressive diseases such as Parkinson’s disease and dementia.
Our Occupational Therapists/OTs help patients who have debilitating conditions improve the functions of performing everyday tasks in the home. Occupational Therapists/OTs use treatments to develop the daily living skills of their patients and the basic motor functions of patients, as well as to compensate for any loss of function that patient may be experiencing. Occupational Therapists/OTs administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teach the family and other members of the health care team. These services are performed by Occupational Therapists/OTs in accordance with the physicians' orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.
