Encompass Health is searching for the next Mobile Support Analyst to join our corporate team.
As a Mobile Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the setup of mobile devices utilized by Encompass caregivers and marketing representatives throughout the nation. This position has a heavy focus on providing customer service and client support to Encompass Employees via phone.
The shifts for this position include working on both Saturday and Sunday, but not in the same week. Typical hours are 9:00am - 6:00pm.
This is a full time position with a comprehensive benefits package that includes 30 days of paid time off each year!

The right person for the Mobile Support Analyst role will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for people, and a working knowledge of mobile devices.
