Oversees all digital marketing platforms for the company. Responsible for planning and implementing the
digital marketing direction, which includes leading email marketing campaigns, paid digital advertising and
social media, and strategic use of the company’s website to drive engagement and ensure success based on
business objectives. Manages the creative direction and deliverables, ensuring a cohesive brand presence that
strengthens brand recognition and loyalty.

• Manage entire digital marketing discipline; includes website management, digital strategy, goals and key
  performance indicators (KPIs), and digital analysis to draw key recommendations for website optimization.
• Plan, implement, and coordinate paid and organic digital marketing campaigns; includes search engine
   optimization (SEO), paid digital advertising (PPC & display), social media and email marketing.
• Identify and socialize emerging trends in digital marketing, creative design and technologies; brainstorm
  new and innovative marketing approaches with department leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders and the marketing & communications teams to create comprehensive digital
  marketing programs and develop integrated campaigns.
• Manage and guide development of digital marketing and creative assets and plans across platforms and
  customer segments.
• Ensure consistency with the Enhabit Home Health & Hospice brand strategy and standards.
• Prepare, implement and analyze budget for the digital marketing and creative team.
• Define and maintain brand identity across all digital and creative assets, ensuring a consistent visual and
  messaging approach.
• Oversee creative direction and execution of all digital and creative marketing assets, including photo
  shoots, video production, animations, and graphics to align with brand strategy.
• Complete all other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, graphic design or related field is required.
Master's Degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of five years of work experience in digital marketing and online asset management is required.
• Demonstrated experience with lead generation in email marketing and digital advertising is required.
• Demonstrated experience successfully managing a team within a large company required.
• Demonstrated experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels is preferred; digital,
social media, mobile, and traditional print is required.
• Previous experience in a home health or hospice setting is preferred.
• Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
• Demonstrated intermediate technology skills. Especially Microsoft office, including word and excel.
• Other than for designated full-time remote positions, in-office attendance is essential in order to achieve
Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other
position objectives.
