Overview

Acts as a liaison between Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and Enhabit Home Health & Hospice (company). Responsible for analyzing software functionality and determining, along with the leadership team, how it applies and should be utilized to support the company’s policies, procedures, and processes. Assists in overseeing the implementation of these processes across the branches, and educates on quality use.

 

Location: 6688 N. Central Expy. Dallas, TX 75206 ( remote optional for the well qualified candidate.)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all software tickets received are resolved timely and efficiently.
  • Identify issues in HCHB timely.
  •  Assist in managing the software team, particularly in the absence of leadership.
  •  Assist regional leadership and branch supervisors with the execution of daily branch and corporate office operations in compliance with conditions of participation in Medicare/Medicaid; ensure compliance with the operations plan, job descriptions, and all policies and procedures through appropriate utilization of HCHB.
  •  Review existing systems to ensure they remain intact with company goals to affect outcomes in a positive manner.
  • Review internal department processes to ensure team is meeting the needs of all users submitting requests to the software support team.
  • Monitor ticket responses from clinical applications analysts for quality and timeliness.
  • Supervise the daily operation of the department or team.
  • Oversee direct reports to ensure timely completion of duties and responsibilities.
  • Perform all counselings, evaluations, and supervisor related functions timely.
  • Collaborate with direct reports to identify development goals and support professional growth.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Must have two years' direct exerpeience in a large multiplesite Medicare certified home health and hospice agency.
  • Must have demonstrated experience in home health and hospice from a clinical, operational, and/or management perspective.
  • Must have customer support experience, including support of end-users.
  • Must have intermediate demonstrated technology skills. Experience must include the use and application of the HCHB software.
  • Management experience is preferred.
