Assists in preparing assigned sections of SEC filings, including quarterly and annual reports and related earnings releases. Prepares and reviews statutory financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. Prepares and/or assists in technical positions and reviews reporting requirements related to the consolidated Parent. Assists in technical accounting on various matters, including, but not limited to, business combinations, complex transactions, new accounting pronouncements and other technical matters as necessary.
Location: 6688 N. Central Expwy Dallas, TX 75206 Will be eligible for hybrid schedule.
• Required to have Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Required to have Master's Degree in accounting or finance or a certified public accountant (CPA) designation.
• Preferred minimum 3 years of previous experience working in an accounting department for a multi-location retail or healthcare company.
• Required previous experience and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Preferred previous experience in a leadership role.
• Preferred previous experience in a home health or hospice setting.
• Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
• Demonstrated intermediate technology skills, including word, and powerpoint, and advanced technology skills in excel.
• Other than for designated full-time remote positions, in-office attendance is essential in order to achieve Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other position objectives.
