The Virtual LPN/LVN Home Health nurse administers skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional services via approved virtual care technology. Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team. Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
This job is fully remote, but you must live in a state that Enhabit does business in.
• Required to be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Required to be licenseed in the state where they currently practice.
• Minimum of 1 years experience as a license nurse is required.
• Required to have and maintain CPR certification, as required by position.
• Required to have and maintain a valid state driver license in the current state of residence.
• Required to have and maintain automobile liability insurance, as required by law.
• Previous experience in a home health or hospice setting is preferred.
• Previous experience using HomeCare Homebase is preferred.
• Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
• Demontrated intermediate technology skills. Especially Microsoft office, including word and excel.
• Other than for designated full-time remote positions, in-office attendance is essential in order to achieve Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other position objectives.
