Overview

The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting project activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. Assists in managing departmental projects that are low to medium in scope and supports testing, training, and troubleshooting of multiple projects.

 

Location: 6688 N. Central Expwy Dallas, TX 75206

This position is hybid eligible after training.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage information technology (IT) and other departmental projects that are low to medium in scope; provide overview of key projects, including daily updates on project statuses, obstacles, and solutions. Report risk areas to department leadership.
  • Collaborate with the appropriate department personnel to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives; ensure that needs are met as projects evolve; consult with stakeholders to identify and manage anticipated resistance.
  • Support departmental project managers to ensure compliance with PM standards; perform various administrative tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Organize tasks, time, equipment, resources and people; provide plans to department leadership to produce a successful end result; utilize the appropriate tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures, create training plans to enable smooth implementation.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining budgets for each task; organize shareholder meetings to bring together all stakeholders involved with a particular project.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned by department and executive leadership.
  •  Analyze compiled statistical data for active projects; determine whether results indicate adequate progress towards meeting project goals
  • Implement, maintain and oversee a process to receive and evaluate complaints regarding projects.
  • Demonstrate qualifications and competencies consistently and reliably.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Preferred to have Bachelor's Degree. Three years of equivalent work experience is considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Required previous experience preparing and interpreting flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Preferred minimum one to two years of experience in project management coordination.
  • Preferred previous experience in a home health or hospice setting.
  • Preferred previous experience using Smartsheet or other project management software.
  • Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
  • Demonstrated intermediate technology skills. Especially Microsoft office, including word and excel.
  • Other than for designated full-time remote positions, in-office attendance is essential in order to achieve
  • Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other
    position objectives.
