The Senior Recruiting Systems & Data Analyst will analyze work process design and flow, improve processes, and leverage the return on technological capabilities. Builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation, and works effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. Also serves as a technical point-of-contact for the assigned functional area of the applicant tracking system (iCIMS) and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage projects and process improvement, including applying change management experience tofacilitate movement to new levels of quality.
2. Take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.
3. Use data to build project plans and ensure adherence to schedule and other specifications.
4. Utilize interpersonal skills when working with various customers and peers to accomplish project goals.
5. Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions.
6. Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of HRMS system upgrades.
7. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate the application of upgrades or fixes.
8. Generate reports/queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
9. Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
10. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
11. Conduct training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
12. Train hiring leaders and talent acquisition team on new processes/functionality and new system user.
13. Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS ; do with a focus on product and service development, delivery, and support, and applying key technologies.
14. Demonstrate qualifications and competencies consistently and reliably.
15. Complete all other duties as assigned.
