Overview

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring a Senior Developer with at least 10 years of experience and expertise in PeopleSoft PeopleTools, SQR/SQL, and SFTP. The Senior Developer will mentor and guide the developers on new technical concepts and will collaborate to solve problems. This position is actively involved in requirements gathering, business design, end-user training, leading complex application development, and developing expertise in a specific technology or technical area.

Responsibilities

  • Create design and technical documentation, design software solutions and systems, develop applications, perform preliminary testing, participate in the testing process, and support deployment.
  • Execute end-user training and documentation.
  • Understand and utilize the company resource structure.
  • Develop strategies, and align work to achieve goals.
  • Network with co-workers to share best practices.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Must have ten years of demonstrated experience in PeopleSoft PeopleTools, SQR/SQL, SFTP
    Must have previous experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM system and PeopleSoft FSCM (financials) system
  • Previous experience in Oracle Cloud based system and Azure preferred
  • Preferred certifications - PeopleSoft certified developer, Microsoft certified application developer, Microsoft certified professional developer
