Overview

We’re seeking a Credentialing Analyst to join our team! In this key role, you’ll support the administrative management of managed care credentialing and ensure smooth processes for contract submissions, renewals, and updates.

 

As a Credentialing Analyst, you’ll work directly with payors, track contract expirations, maintain credentialing databases, and assist with Medicaid enrollment. This position offers a hybrid work schedule after training at our Dallas, TX office (6688 N. Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75206).

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managed care credentialing applications for new contracts, re-credentialing requests, and provider data updates.
  • Prepare, submit, and track credentialing requests for payors and manage contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with credentialing and managed care teams to ensure accuracy in submissions and updates.
  • Maintain up-to-date credentialing spreadsheets and records in our CRM system.
  • Work with state Medicaid enrollment and manage contract transitions for acquisitions.
  • Update W-9 forms, certificates of insurance, and notify payors of facility updates.
  • Stay current on Medicare certifications, license renewals, and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field (relevant experience in healthcare may be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • Experience in home health credentialing or medical billing is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; must be task and deadline-driven.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse individuals.
